8. Limitation of Liability

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

  • NGScaling is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of third party services

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia

  • Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of that country
